Our Studio
At GYROTONIC® Jupiter & True Pilates it is our objective to empower our clients through the combined modalities of GYROTONIC® and Classical Pilates training. We work with each new client one-on-one to provide a solid basis for individualized growth. We guide each client’s training so that eventually they may have the fundamentals to be able to workout in a small group or on their own.
Whether you're an exercise novice, weekend, professional athlete, new mom or recovering from a back or knee injury, we have the right program for you. We offer private and group training. A mix of Reformer, Cadillac, Mat group exercise programs and GYROTONIC® tower classes are offered at various times during the week. Group fitness classes are designed to encourage a greater degree of independence in the learning environment while still under the watchful eye of our skilled instructors.
Our integrated approach to fitness helps men and women of all ages and fitness abilities improve posture, flexibility, relieve stress and increase body tone.
We are proud to not only be the areas only fully equipped GYROTONIC® and Classical Pilates studio, but also offer the most highly experienced and certified trained professionals. Our studio provides a unique atmosphere to facilitate personal growth and well being while repairing, rebuilding and restoring movement through GYROTONIC® and Classical Pilates exercise methods.
